Call Problems
SalesMagic uses a number of 3rd-party services to implement its calls, such as a Text-to-Speech service to produce the prospect voices. A problem with one of these services could cause SalesMagic calls to fail. We will soon provide a status page where you can check the status of SalesMagic infrastructure and its dependent services.
SalesMagic also requires a web browser that supports web sockets. You can use this website to check if your browsers supports this technology.
