Plans and Credits

You need credits in order to make calls to prospects within SalesMagic. A single credit is equivalent to 1 minute of call time with a prospect. Credits are associated with your org and shared across all users within your org. For example, if your org has 10 credits, one sales rep could use 8 credits and another user could use 2 credits.

Users with the Manager or Admin role can see the org's remaining credits in the navigation bar, just below the SalesMagic logo.

Remaining Credits

When you first create a SalesMagic account you are given 10 credits for free. If you invite additional users to your account during the initial onboarding process, you will receive a further 5 credits for each user that eventually signs into their account. Once you've used those free credits, you must purchase more credits to continue to use SalesMagic.

Subscription Plans

Users with the admin role can access the Plan page to purchase a subscription plan, change or cancel an existing subscription, and manage their credit top-up settings. SalesMagic offers the following payment plans:

  • On-Demand
  • Starter Edition
  • Professional Edition
  • Enterprise Edition

Pricing Plans

The higher subscription plans offer a larger quota of credits that renew each month, e.g., for organizations that have more sales reps or that wish to make more calls. These higher plans also offer a significant discount on the cost of credits, to make them more cost effect for your organization. There are also some features that are only available on certain plans, such as webhook support and audio recording.

You can also take advantage of annual billing in order to get a further discount on the monthly price.

Top-Up Purchases

If your org's credits hit a low threshold before the start of your next monthly cycle, SalesMagic can automatically perform a one-off top up of additional credits on your behalf, to ensure that your sales reps are not blocked from their calls. These credits will be purchased at the same per-credit cost as your current subscription plan. This feature can be turned on or off using the Auto Top-up Credits switch on the Plan page.
