Call Details
The call details page shows lots of information for a single call, including a summary for the call, various insights, metrics, and the full transcript for the call.
More specifically, the call details page includes the following information:
Summary: A summary of how well the call went, what was achieved, and any followups. This gives you a short highlight of the call, along with the call score that indicates how well you did, from 1..10.
Insights: Various insights generated from the call, highlighting topics such as any customer challenges or deal drivers that were identified, any objections or competitors that were uncovered, and any missed opportunities.
Metrics: A number of statistics computed from the call that can help you to improve your sales technique. These include:
Talk Time: The percentage of time both you and the prospect talked, to get a sense for who talked the most during the call.
Speaking Pace: How fast did you spoke on average, in words per minute. Speaking too fast can make it difficult for the prospect to follow you or fully understand all your points.
Sentence Length: How many words were in your sentences on average. The ideal sentence length is short, to improve the prospect's comprehension, attention, and interest.
Clarity Index: A measure for how simple or complex your language was. If your sentences are too complex then the prospect may have difficulty following all of your points.
Transcript: The full transcript of the conversation between you and the prospect. This can help you review the call in detail to help you identify places where you could have responded more effectively. You can also play back the entire audio for the call if have Audio Recording enabled.
