Training Overview
SalesMagic's training feature lets you practice different selling skills and achieve a required level of sales proficiency before passing the module. There are several different training modules that focus on different apsects of the sales process, such as cold calling, product knowledge, or objection handling.
A training module comprises:
A name. You can change this name to match the terminology, products, or services within your organization. Or to differentiate multiple instances of a module.
One or more prospects. These can be prospects that have been fine-tuned for the particular skill being practiced. For example, the "Executive Communication" module will work best with a senior or C-level prospect.
One or more completion requirements. These are achievements you must attain before the training module is considered complete. These requirements may be based on an analysis of your call transcripts as well as the number of calls or minutes talking.
A training module can be assigned to one or more users. Once assigned, a user makes calls within that module to practice the necessary skills with the selected prospects and work toward the completion requirements.
