Delete your Account
SalesMagic puts you in full control of your data, including the ability to delete your account and have all associated data be deleted from the SalesMagic servers and databases. You may wish to delete a single user account, or an entire org.
Delete a Single User
If you wish to delete your own account, you can do that by clicking on your name at the bottom of the navigation bar to bring up the Edit User dialog. From here you can click on the Delete Account text to reveal a button that will delete your account and log you out. If you are the last active user in the org, then your org will also be deleted. Note: This operation cannot be undone.
As a manager or admin, you can also delete other user accounts. To do this, click on the organization name at the top of the navigation bar and select the "Manage Users" menu option. Then click on the delete icon next to the user in the user table. Note: This operation cannot be undone.
Hint
Before deleting a manager account you may need to assign any team members to another manager. And before deleting an admin account you may need to ensure that there is another admin account for the org.
Delete an Organization
Deleting an organization will delete all users and all associate data for the organization, including all call transcripts, prospects, analyses, paid subscriptions, etc. Only an admin can delete an org. To do this, click on the organization name at the top of the navigation bar and select the "Edit Settings" menu option. Then click on the "Delete Org?" text link on the dialog. Note: This operation cannot be undone.
