Assign to Team Members
Managers and Admins can assign training modules to multiple team members at once. This can be done using the "Assign to Team Members" menu entry on the module from the Edit Training page.
This will present a dialog with all of your team members and a checkbox next to their names. (For Admin users, it will show all users in the org.) Simply select or deselect the checkbox next to the users you want to assign and click the Assign Module button. The selected users will receive an email to inform them about the assignment, and they will see the assignment on their My Training page.
Hint
Assigning a module to team members will automatically share the module with your team, if it is still set as private to you.
