Orgs and Users

SalesMagic has been built from the ground up to support teams of sales professionals working together efficiently. To facilitate collaboration between all the members of your organization, SalesMagic uses a system of Organizations (or Orgs for short) and Users.

  • Organizations: Organizations are typically companies or teams of people who are working together. An Organization can have many Users associated with it.

  • Users: Users are individuals who use SalesMagic. A user can only be a member of one Organization. Users have a Role that determines the permissions they have within the app.

Users can be organized into one or more Teams, each with a different manager, to reflect the organizational structure of your company. Learn more about Teams here.
